Privacy Policy

Sudoku for iOS · Last updated 30 July 2026

This policy explains what information the Sudoku app collects, why, and what choices you have. Sudoku does not require an account, and the developer does not collect, store, or sell your personal information.

Information stored on your device

The following is saved locally on your iPhone or iPad and is never transmitted to the developer or any server:

Deleting the app removes all of this data.

Advertising

Sudoku displays advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and process:

This data is handled by Google under its own privacy policy, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy. Information on how Google uses data from apps that use its services is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choices about tracking

The first time you open Sudoku, iOS asks whether the app may track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised using your advertising identifier.

You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device. You can also purchase Remove Ads inside the app to stop all advertising entirely.

Purchases

The Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple. Payment details are handled by Apple and are never seen by or shared with the developer. The app only receives confirmation of whether the purchase is active.

Children

Sudoku is not directed at children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the advertising services described above, please get in touch and it will be addressed.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data relating to you, and to object to its processing. Because the developer holds no personal data about you, such requests generally need to be directed to Google for advertising data — see the links above. You are welcome to contact the developer for help with this.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new revision date.
